Kooperatifimiz, 31.08.1965 yilinda 32 esnaf ve sanatkar tarafından kurulmustur. ilk Yonetim Kurulu Baskani Nuri YILMAZ, Üyeler Hasan AKALIN, Mustafa TURAN, Mehmet ÖZKÜCÜK, Ali KARASU, Ali ihsan TURGUT ve Erdogan ÖVEN'dir. Kurulustan Itibaren Kooperatif Baskanlarimiz: 1965-1968 Nuri YILMAZ 1968-1978 Kenan KESTANECI 1978-1980 Sabri MUMCU 1980-1991 Hasan TURGUT 1991- • Halit SAKAR Kooperatifimiz, kurulusundan itibaren Kusadasi Esnaf ve Sanatkarına devamli olarak hizmet vermektedir. Düsük faizli kredi imkanlarıyla, uygun sartlarda, küçük esnaf ve sanatkarimizin kredi ihtiyacını karsilamaktadir.
